Freelance AI Data Consultant

Recently, we secured strategic investment led by Bezos Expeditions and Nebius Group with participation from Mikhail Parakhin, CTO of Shopify and board advisor to leading GenAI companies, who now serves as our Chairman of the Board. Our remote-first team is globally distributed around the world: USA, UK, the Netherlands, Serbia, and more.

We are seeking an exceptional Freelance AI Data Consultant to drive the acquisition of real, proprietary company data and its transformation into high-quality training data for frontier AI labs. This role focuses on sourcing excellence — identifying valuable data and domain expertise that AI labs can't get from public sources, and turning early conversations into structured, deliverable datasets.

You'll own projects on acquiring real companies' data and wrapping that into training data — from first outreach through negotiated access to a delivered, usable dataset.

• →Drive projects on acquiring real companies' data and wrap that into training data.
• →Identify and reach out to companies, industry experts, and enterprises holding valuable proprietary data or domain workflows.
• →Own the relationship and negotiation process from first contact through to a signed data-sourcing agreement.
• →Partner with internal data and product teams to structure acquired data into training-ready formats.
• →Build and prioritize a pipeline of prospective data sources and enterprise partners.

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, GTM, enterprise account management, or talent/vendor sourcing and recruiting, ideally with some exposure to AI, data, or evals.
• Track record of sourcing and closing complex deals or engagements with enterprise or C-level stakeholders.
• Comfortable being the first mover on a brand-new initiative, without a lot of existing process to lean on.
• Genuine interest in how frontier AI models get trained and what data problems currently block them.
• Strong network or instinct for identifying who holds valuable data and how to reach them.
• Consulting, recruiting, or vendor-sourcing background is a strong plus — knowing how to find and engage the right people at the right company is core to this role.
