We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly entrepreneurial Managing Director (MD) to oversee our dual-brand travel portfolio in Cambodia. The MD will lead two distinct operations: our B2B corporate and trade partner division; and our B2C consumer-facing travel brand. Both brands focus heavily on outbound travel alongside comprehensive ticketing, visa, and specialized travel services. Working closely under the strategic direction of the CEO and operational alignment of the COO, you will have full P&L responsibility for both brands. Your mandate is to maximize synergies between the two companies, scale our outbound market share, and implement distinct strategies to dominate both the B2B and B2C segments in Cambodia.

- →Maintain close communication and align strategic directions with the CEO and COO, providing regular performance reports, financial forecasts, and market insights.
- →Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for both brands—driving volume and corporate loyalty for B2B while building brand equity and high-margin customized experiences for B2C.
- →Oversee the creation of innovative outbound tour products, capitalizing on bulk purchasing power to benefit both retail and wholesale segments.
- →Streamline backend operations (ticketing, visa processing, fulfillment) to efficiently support both companies while maintaining distinct front-end customer experiences.
- →Personally cultivate high-level relationships with global suppliers, airlines, international tourism boards, and key B2B/corporate clients.
- →Guide distinct marketing strategies—B2B relationship/trade marketing, and modern digital/social media marketing to capture the consumer retail market.
- →Manage the consolidated P&L, budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting for both entities.
- →Lead, mentor, and align a diverse team across both brands, establishing clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 8–10 years of senior management experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record handling both B2B corporate/trade accounts and B2C retail outbound operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of the Cambodian travel ecosystem, corporate buying behaviors, and changing B2C consumer lifestyles.
- Exceptional multi-brand management skills, financial acumen (P&L), contract negotiation, and strategic resource allocation.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Khmer is required. Fluency in Chinese is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre), B2B booking engines, modern CRM tools, and retail digital marketing.
