We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Supervisor that will manage various operational tasks, coordinate activities related to drivers and support the logistics management in the required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Create shopper accounts and check shoppers’ documents in accordance with company procedures while insuring data validation and accuracy of information
• 
  Shoppers Onboarding process and orientation
  Monitoring assets movement
• 
  Update shoppers’ data on quarterly basis and report any lack of information
• 
  Check and report dormant and locked shoppers’ accounts including return of assets and wallet clearance
• 
  Perform training sessions to shoppers on weekly basis
• 
  Perform zone visit in coordination with the zone management in order to check shoppers’ appearance on ground and randomly meet drivers
• 
  Support Logistics management in any upcoming tasks or projects that helps in the department’s benefit

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in related field.
• B.S in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A Positive mindset, fast learner, dynamic and able to work well under pressure.
• Versatile. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
  Strong organization and management skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills. Ability to analyze campaign performance and draw insights/conclusion
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Organization and Time Management skill.
• Tech savvy, and is able to learn and use web tools.
