The Senior Director – Analytics & AI will lead the global analytics, data science, AI, and intelligent automation agenda, driving data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), this role is responsible for building best-in-class analytics capabilities, enabling intelligent decisioning, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead and oversee Advanced Analytics, Data Science, AI, Innovation, and Intelligent Automation functions across the organization.
- Build, inspire, and mentor global, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence and innovation.
- Drive the development and enhancement of intelligent decisioning capabilities aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Establish and align governance models (hub-and-spoke) across global, regional, and departmental levels.
- Define and prioritize analytics and AI initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
- Partner with business, digital, and data teams to transform the enterprise data & analytics landscape.
- Support end-to-end delivery of transformation programs and analytics-driven projects.
- Build and manage a strong ecosystem of internal and external partners to deliver multi-year roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, analytics, and automation to drive continuous innovation.
- 15+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI, or related domains.
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing global, multi-cultural, and distributed teams.
- Proven experience in the Food & Beverages or Manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in transforming analytics organizations into best-in-class capabilities.
- Strong understanding of analytics frameworks, tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience driving large-scale digital transformation and data strategy initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to define and execute enterprise-level analytics and AI strategies.
- Decision-Making: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across global teams.
