In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to communicate with clients, coordinate scheduling and reservation details, maintain accurate records, and ensure all information is properly organized throughout the process. You'll work independently while ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and a high level of accuracy across all client interactions.
What You'll Do:
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide timely updates
Assist with coordinating reservations, scheduling requests, and confirmations
Review client details carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor workflow progress and follow up on outstanding items or changes
Maintain organized digital records using internal systems and online tools
Support efficient operations by keeping workflows organized and on schedule
Provide professional and reliable support throughout the client experience

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and online tools
Dependable, proactive, and professional
Customer service, administrative, coordination, or support experience is helpful but not required
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
