Key Exciting Responsibilities * Coordinate end-to-end system implementations and project milestones within agreed target timelines. * Consult carrier partners on optimal logistics processes and deliver tailored Transporeon network solutions. * Provide interactive training and continuous specialized support for key software users. * Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-trust customer relationships across the network. * Become a recognized subject matter expert within the fast-evolving transportation and logistics sector. Essential Skills & Experience * Fluency in Romanian and English. * Proven background within customer service or customer care environments. * Excellent communication skills paired with fast technical comprehension. * Strong organizational abilities, proactivity, and high personal reliability. * Solid proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office or Google Suite products.
