Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a member of the UX Design team, you will:
- →Support UX Designers in research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing activities.
- →Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and product improvements.
- →Participate in user research, and helping synthesize insights.
- →Assist with competitive analysis and market research to better understand user needs and industry trends.
- →Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers throughout the design process.
- →Prepare design documentation, presentations, and specifications for engineering handoff.
- →Incorporate feedback from teammates, stakeholders, and user testing into design iterations.
- →Learn and apply UX best practices while contributing to real product initiatives.
- Passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Ability to communicate ideas through sketches, wireframes, and presentations.
- Collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to continuously improve.
- Interest in AI tools and how they can support design, research, or prototyping workflows.
