Ready to thrive in our dynamic environment? As a Tower Ambassador, you'll ensure seamless food order deliveries arrive properly for our eaters - receiving and arranging them in their offices. 

Organize, receive, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs.

Tower Ambassador will receive orders from Drivers, deliver to specified locations within the building, and act as the primary customer contact for eaters.

Create a community bridge between Picnic and eaters.

• →Receive orders from Couriers, curbside
• →Deliver to a specified location within the building, and act as the primary customer contact for eaters.
• →Be the reliable face of our business.
• →Primary point of contact with office managers. 
• →Organize orders on the shelves or designated location.  

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs.
• iPhone or Android Smartphone required
• Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
• Proficiency in English needed.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food service or as a delivery app drivers are usually a good fit.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $20  per hour

Locations: Downtown DC

Experience: None required

Shift Availability: We operate 5 days during the traditional work week, primarily during lunch hours.

Security Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain Tier 1 U.S. Background Clearance. Active Tier 1 U.S. government clearance is not required prior to start date but preferred.
