WorkForce Software Consultant

We are seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Consultant to join our team and support projects for Brazilian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in WorkForce Software solutions and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Requirements Responsibilities: Implement and support WorkForce Software solutions for clients in Brazil Knowlodge in Ordinance 671 Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations Provide best practice recommendations for time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management processes Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience working with WorkForce Software (WFS) Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written) Strong understanding of workforce management processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Required Certifications: PT101 PT102 Nice to Have: PT103 certification Spanish language skills Benefits Opportunity to work on international projects Collaborative and professional environment Career growth opportunities If you are a motivated professional with solid WorkForce Software experience and enjoy working in dynamic environments, we would love to hear from you
