Ubiminds is assisting a global technology company in expanding its advertising operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business focused on delivering innovative digital advertising solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Creative, and Finance.
We’re looking for an Ad Operations Manager to manage, optimize, and deliver high-performing digital advertising campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring successful delivery, optimization, reporting, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Account Managers, Creative Strategists, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to maximize campaign performance, improve advertising workflows, and help shape the evolution of the company's advertising platform.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns within the company's ad server, ensuring campaign goals and deliverables are achieved.

Collaborate with Account Managers and Creative Strategists to align campaign execution with brand objectives and strategies.

Develop tools and operational processes to manage advertising inventory and maximize campaign effectiveness and overall yield.

Deliver timely campaign reporting to internal teams and external partners.

Build new reporting frameworks and generate insights that demonstrate campaign performance and business value.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve advertising platform capabilities and identify opportunities for new advertising products.

Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely media delivery reconciliation and revenue recognition.

Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize results.

3–6 years of experience in Ad Operations within a digital advertising platform, publisher, or ad technology company.

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign management, and ad delivery systems.

Experience collaborating across multiple business functions, including Sales, Account Management, Creative, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with short-form digital content and understanding how creative performance impacts campaign optimization.

Ability to combine creative insights with performance data to improve campaign delivery strategies.

Familiarity with AI tools and automation, such as Codex or similar technologies.
