CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT

JOB DESCRIPTION: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, prescriptions, orders, side effects, or availability. • Provide detailed and accurate information about medications, dosages, storage, and delivery timelines. • Handle order placements, processing, returns, and follow-ups with efficiency and professionalism. • Collaborate with medical representatives, pharmacists, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. • Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved matters. • Escalate complex medical or product-related issues to the appropriate department or regulatory body. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry regulations, and company policies to maintain high-quality service. • Educate customers about proper product usage, recalls, or any regulatory changes. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with all health and safety regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and pharmaco-vigilance protocols. Requirements REQUIREMENT: 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
