One Year Minimum

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 2-3 hours per week (8-12 hours per month)

2. Participating in meetings/training: As requested

1. →Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, nonprofits, and community organizations. 
2. →Coordinate church participation in community health fairs and outreach events.
3. →Recruit volunteers for outreach initiatives. 
4. →Identify community wellness needs and recommend new programs. 
5. →Promote wellness services throughout the surrounding community. 
6. →Assist with grant opportunities and sponsorship relationships. 
7. →Maintain partnership records. 
8. →Provide monthly ministry reports.
9. →Each Coordinator will:

• →Attend one monthly Wellness Leadership Team meeting. 
• →Recruit and mentor volunteers within your ministry area.
• →Support major church wellness events. 
• →Collaborate with other wellness coordinators.
• →Submit a brief monthly activity report with participation numbers, accomplishments, challenges, and goals for the following month. 
• →Uphold the mission, values, and policies of the church.
