- Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 1-2 hours each week
- Participating in meetings/training: on an as-needed basis
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assess the need for mental health support and the types of support needed specific to the area.
- →Coordinate mental wellness educational resources and workshops.
- →Organize support groups for grief, stress management, depression, anxiety
- →Develop a list of licensed counseling and mental health referral partners.
- →Track participation and evaluate program effectiveness.
- →Perform other relevant duties as deemed necessary.
