Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise Retail customers, driving expansion and retention across UKG's workforce management solutions. Deliver with discipline: Maintain precise forecasts, meet quarterly commitments, and bring rigor to every stage of the sales cycle. Strategies for success: Develop and execute account plans that drive scale, deepen relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities. Collaborate to win: Lead cross-functional teams--including pre-sales, professional services, and support--to design and deliver winning client solutions. Be a market maker: Champion our solutions in the Australian marketplace and elevate brand awareness to achieve leadership within key industry sectors. Solid experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on account management or solution sales within the Australian Retail sector, with a proven track record of consistently overachieving targets Experience managing complex sales cycles (6-9 months) from prospecting to close. Ability to work independently in a lean, agile environment, with self-drive and accountability. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential. You are a tenacious, commercially savvy, and results-driven high achiever. You communicate with clarity and confidence at every level and thrive on building relationships that lead to real impact. Above all, you bring a 'can-do' attitude, resilience, and a passion for success
