Lead discovery sessions to understand workforce management requirements, operational challenges, and current environments. Design and configure WFM solutions for demos, including scheduling, time and attendance, and labor optimization scenarios. Translate customer requirements into solution configurations using parameters, rules, and variables. Deliver technical product demonstrations that clearly show how UKG WFM solutions address customer needs. Partner closely with Sales to support complex presales cycles, including proposals and solution strategy. Understand and explain integration concepts (e.g., APIs, data flows) at a conceptual level to customers and internal teams. Collaborate with Services and Partners to align presales designs with implementation realities. Continuously learn UKG products and workforce management best practices through structured and self‑directed learning. 5-7 years of experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting for SaaS solutions. Demonstrated ability to configure solutions for demos or implementations (not just slideware). Strong technical learning capability, with experience ramping on complex systems and configurations. Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus. Resumes to be submitted in English Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within Brazil. Hands‑on experience with Workforce Management solutions, including time, scheduling, forecasting, or labor optimization. Experience working in partner, system integrator, or implementation‑heavy environments. Conceptual understanding of integrations, APIs, and system configuration concepts (no coding required). Background supporting retail or manufacturing workforce scenarios. Experience with ADP WFM, retail WFM platforms (e.g., Orquest, Movavi), or similar scheduling/forecasting tools. Comfortable supporting sales teams in smaller, fast‑moving coverage models Structured learner with a clear personal approach to mastering new technology.
