Why UKG: At UKG, the work you do matters. The code you ship, the decisions you make, and the care you show a customer all add up to real impact. Today, tens of millions of workers start and end their days with our workforce operating platform. Helping people get paid, grow in their careers, and shape the future of their industries. That's what we do. We never stop learning. We never stop challenging the norm. We push for better, and we celebrate the wins along the way. Here, you'll get flexibility that's real, benefits you can count on, and a team that succeeds together. Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you. About the Team: You'll join Product Operations, a team that helps UKG deliver predictable, high-quality product launches and stronger lifecycle outcomes. We create the operating practices that connect Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Services, and Finance so new offerings are launched cleanly, scaled effectively, and retired responsibly. As Product Operations evolves, this team is taking on clearer ownership across the product lifecycle — from intake through launch, scale, and end of life — while improving visibility into readiness, risk, adoption, and business impact. About the Role: As Manager of New Product Introduction (NPI), you will lead the team responsible for end-to-end lifecycle execution across new product introduction, launch governance, scaling, and end-of-life management. You will define and mature the operating model, processes, and standards that enable UKG to bring offerings to market with greater discipline, clearer accountability, and stronger business outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned NPI leader who can bring foundational launch practices to a growing organization, establish consistent cross-functional governance, and help UKG move from fragmented launch ownership to a lifecycle-based model. In this role, you will: Lead the NPI operating model across intake, launch, and scale, ensuring clear ownership and disciplined execution throughout the lifecycle. Lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for cross-functional execution of launch and lifecycle programs across the portfolio. Strengthen standards for milestone management, stage gates, and go/no-go governance so launches follow a predictable, repeatable cadence. Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Finance, GTM, CX, Support, and Release Management to ensure pricing, packaging, billing, enablement, and launch dependencies are explicitly owned and executed. Build clear planning and risk management practices, including launch health visibility, escalation paths, and mitigation planning to reduce surprises at launch. Ensure every major launch has a defined commercialization path, clear ownership, and measurable success criteria tied to adoption, pipeline, revenue, and post-launch performance. Build repeatable templates and processes for different offering types, pricing models, and motions to improve speed, consistency, and quality across the portfolio. Embed NPI performance into operating cadences and business reviews, using metrics and dashboards to measure launch quality, adoption, revenue realization, and lifecycle health. About You Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in product operations, program management, product management, or engineering operations. Experience building or maturing operating models for NPI, launch governance, portfolio execution, or lifecycle management. Experience driving executive-level cross-functional alignment across multiple teams with competing interests. Experience establishing launch governance practices such as stage gates, milestone frameworks, go/no-go reviews, risk management, and executive reporting. People leadership experience, including coaching program managers, setting priorities, and driving delivery accountability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching Software-as-a-Service (software delivered through the cloud) products at enterprise scale. Familiarity with agile delivery practices and product lifecycle tools (for example: Jira and Confluence or similar). Experience defining launch success metrics and building dashboards to track adoption, quality, and operational readiness.
