Advanced university degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Public Administration or related field (Master’s degree)
At least 3 years of experience in management of public procurement and procurement under IFI rules (experience with EIB will be an advantage);
- Experience in development of tender documentation under IFI rules;
Experience in development of tender documentation under IFI rules;
- Knowledge of EIB procurement rules and procedures;
- Experience in procurement planning and contract management;
- Knowledge of Ukrainian public procurement legislation;
- Fluency in Ukrainian; sufficient command of English (for
working with EIB documentation)
- Experience working on EIB-financed or other IFI-financed infrastructure projects;
- Experience with procurement of works contracts in the water/municipal sector;
- Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions;
- Experience providing training/capacity building on procurement
- An up-to-date TMS profile and curriculum vitae (CV)
