Responsibilities
~3 min read- →Greet public in person and on the telephone, provide general information, answer questions and direct individuals to appropriate party as necessary.
- →Provide general secretarial and clerical support to Edmond loan staff in regards to correspondence and documentation.
- →May coordinate calendars, schedules and meetings of Market President and other staff as necessary.
- →Open new deposit accounts for customers.
- →Cross-sell bank products and services as needed and to promote various marketing campaigns.
- →Refer customers to other bank personnel for specialized customer needs, such as treasury services, cash management and merchant services.
- →Build and maintain loan and deposit information on new and existing customers
- →Prepare reports, documents and take minutes for Oklahoma Loan Committee and other committees and markets as assigned.
- →Process, prepare and conduct initial review of commercial loan documentation.
- →Review commercial engagement forms and credit memos in order to accurately prepare commercial loan documentation.
- →Process and prepare loan closing documents.
- →Manage and understand collateral perfection processes such as UCC and mortgage filings.
- →Assist in working loan exceptions under loan officer direction.
- →Perform loan administration duties, as required or assigned.
- →Order title work as directed.
- →Understand Federal, State and Union State Bank rules and regulations.
- →Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality following established attendance and call-in procedures.
- →Perform other duties as may be required or assigned.

Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent required. Previous commercial loan processing experience required. Previous retail customer service preferred. Continuing education to maintain regulatory and procedural knowledge is required. Understand Federal, State and Union State banking rules and regulations. Bank related courses strongly recommended.
Specific Skills Required: Ability to read, write, hear, speak or otherwise communicate in English; Good verbal communication skills; Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Ability to multi task and adapt to change; Ability to get along with others and interact positively with others; Good work habits and attendance; Ability to learn and follow policies and procedures; Basic mathematical skills; Attention to detail and accuracy; Proficient at operating a computer. Supervisor Expectations: Does not normally supervisor subordinates.
System Accesses: Fiserv Precision, Laser Pro, Paycor HRIS other software systems as assigned. Equipment Used: Office equipment which includes computer, multi-line phone system, multi-function unit, adding machine.
Working Conditions: This position exists in an office environment requiring the individual to perform normal activities including, but not limited to, lifting, filing and retrieving, operating office equipment, etc. This position requires prolonged (over 75% of the time) sitting. This position requires infrequent (less than 20% of the time) physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry or push heavy objects or materials weighing up to 20 lbs.
