We are currently seeking a dedicated Enhancement Crew Member to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting arboriculture and landscape enhancement projects. This position requires proficiency in plant identification, blueprint reading, and operating heavy machinery. You will collaborate closely with the Crew Leader and team members to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

→Assist in pruning, trimming, planting, and transplanting trees and shrubs.
→Identify and treat tree diseases and pests.
→Participate in the installation of new plants, flowers, and shrubs.
→Implement landscape designs and plans, including reading blueprints.
→Operate and maintain various landscaping and arboricultural equipment.
→Collaborate with the Crew Leader and team members to ensure efficient project completion.
