The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and sales performance of assigned branch locations. This position provides leadership and direction to Branch Managers and regional teams to drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence. All duties are performed under the direction of the Vice President of Maintenance Operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and support Branch Managers in achieving operational, financial, and customer service goals.
- →Drive business development and growth initiatives throughout the assigned region.
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- →Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
- →Monitor branch performance and implement action plans to achieve regional objectives.
- →Establish and promote best practices, policies, and procedures across the region.
- →Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- →Ensure required training is completed by self and direct reports.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 8 years of landscape, green industry, or related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.
- Business development experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to safely access active job sites and navigate uneven terrain.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
