Job Summary/Basic Functions The University of Mary Washington has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Director of Transfer Partnerships. The Associate Director of Transfer Partnerships provides strategic leadership for the University's transfer enrollment initiatives through the development, implementation, and management of innovative transfer partnerships that expand educational access and advance institutional enrollment goals. Serving as the University's primary liaison to community college partners, the Associate Director cultivates collaborative relationships with institutional leadership, faculty, advisors, and community stakeholders to strengthen transfer pathways, improve student success, and increase enrollment.
