This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Responsibilities

→Maintains Dining room/assist with Service Areas cleaning and appearance
→Insures and stocks clean napkins, flatware, glassware, salt and peppers, and table media
→Works with sanitizer chemical to sterilize contact areas in dining rooms.
→Spot clean glass and windows when required.
→Follows Best Food Practices Safety Policies
→Correctly uses and maintains all equipment provided to complete tasks
→Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to stand for 3–4 hours
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle and prepare meat products in a commercial kitchen
Compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements including taking out jewelry and wearing a hairnet.
