Our next mission is to build powerful direct-to-consumer brands and maximize customer lifetime value at global scale.

- Own the full user journey from entry to post-purchase to ensure seamless, intuitive, high-conversion experiences.

- Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, prototypes to reduce friction and improve usability

- Review and elevate design outputs (wireframes, prototypes, hi-fi UI) with strong taste in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

- Collaborate closely with designers to iterate and deliver pixel-perfect, usable, and conversion-focused UI.

- Research and analyze qualitative insights to uncover pain points and opportunities

- Partner with Data/BA to analyze quantitative data (funnels, click-through rate, A/B tests..), form hypotheses and design improvements

- Translate data into actionable insights and measurable UX/UI optimization, connect design outcomes directly to key business metrics (conversion, retention, CLTV, engagement).

- Align business needs, user needs, and technical feasibility with BA, Engineering, Data, UX, Marketing, and Ops

- Lead features from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring measurable impact on user experience, conversion, and product performance
