→Oversees the plan of care for all residents within the designated program Ensures that service line standards of care, policies, procedures and protocols are current Reviews potential and current residents for service line appropriateness
→Develops and implements a quality improvement plan incorporating quality care indicators and measurable outcomes
→Reviews appropriateness of associate applicants for program placement
→Responsible for bench marking to enhance program Assesses customer satisfaction and develops a follow up plan when appropriate
