What We Offer
~2 min read✓Have 4-5+ years of experience in survey drafting or plat preparation
✓Possess proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
✓Display an understanding of subdivision regulations and local review processes
✓Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret legal descriptions and title documents
✓Show a strong attention to detail and accuracy
✓Have clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
✓Prepare subdivision plats, boundary plats, record plats, and easement exhibits
✓Draft survey documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
✓If required, revises plats based on jurisdictional review comments
✓Research deeds, title reports, and existing survey records
✓Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field crews to confirm survey data
✓Ensure documents meet local, state, and recordation requirements
✓Maintain organized project files and documentation
