The Product Delivery Lead is the engine that helps turn big brand ideas into flawless execution across Cotton On’s trend, design, buying & production ecosystem.

Sitting at the intersection of Milestone management, Delivery Partner and Traffic coordinator, it connects creative ambition with commercial delivery - ensuring all product milestones move seamlessly from concept through to market, on time, protecting our Cotton On way of working across all brand product & production teams.

Working closely with each brands Trend, Design, Buying & Production, you’ll bring clarity, structure and momentum to product delivery, maintaining a strong “red thread” way of working from idea through to customer touchpoint, and create visibility to the product critical path to ensure each brand delivers.
You’ll also play a key role in evolving smarter, simpler ways of working for our Product teams that enable creativity while keeping pace with the business.

• Proven experience in product or marketing delivery, creative project management, traffic or production (in house or
  agency).
• Strong understanding of the end to end product pipeline and production process in a multichannel retail environment.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ranges and workstreams simultaneously.
• Skilled at building timelines, critical paths and managing milestones to deadline.
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence across product, planning and commercial teams.
• Calm, solutions focused and adaptable in a dynamic, fast moving business.
• High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, people first approach.
