Mail Center Support Representative - Montebello, NY

• →Answer inbound calls from mail center owners in a prompt and professional manner
• →Provide guidance in a positive, conversational, and solution-oriented tone to foster strong relationships
• →Build trust and sustainable partnerships through open and effective communication
• →Resolve service concerns by identifying the issue, explaining the best solution per iPostal1 policies, and ensuring timely resolution
• →Document all interactions with mail centers and escalate issues to the department manager as needed
• →Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies
