About the Role
~1 min readThe Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and supporting the resolution of company claims, incidents, and damages involving subcontractors, clients, utilities, insurance carriers, and internal teams. This role ensures timely communication, proper documentation, investigation support, and coordination of claim resolution processes while maintaining organized records and compliance with company procedures.
