Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate with a focus on recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary candidate assessments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent sourcing strategies.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
