EMEA Influencer Lead / Director 

• →Partner with global leadership to define the strategy for Creator and Influencer services across EMEA
• →Build and scale our External Creator (“C”) capabilities, ensuring sustainable and effective processes across markets and categories
• →Develop our Influencer (“I”) point of view and capabilities, identifying clear value for clients based on our unique access and digital expertise
• →Oversee the quality of work across all services, maintaining high standards of delivery
• →Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate CAIT services into core creative, media, and strategy offerings
• →Manage and grow a team delivering creator and influencer services across a diverse EMEA client portfolio
• →Partner with recruitment to identify and onboard the right talent based on business needs
• →Work with centralised resourcing to ensure balanced workloads across the team
• →Lead proposal development and scoping for CAIT services, both standalone and integrated
• →Act as a strategic partner to clients, clearly articulating how our services meet their business objectives
• →Support campaign execution when required, based on priority and team capacity

• 8+ years’ experience in creator, influencer, or talent services
• Proven track record managing creator-led campaigns
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Strong experience creating and delivering compelling client-facing materials
