We are hiring for our growing Training department!

This position does require overnight travel, 50% of the time. When not travelling this position works on-site from our Mason, OH Headquarters.

Responsibilities

→Facilitate instructor-led and virtual technical training courses to customers and employees.
→Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
→Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
→Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
→Facilitating training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
→Maintains technical knowledge by participating in VEGA product and industry educational training opportunities.
→Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
→Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
→Liaise with fellow instructors to provide/ensure consistent delivery, on-going support, learning and mentoring and demonstrating a strong team spirit and work ethic at all times.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

→Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, business related field or equivalent experience
→AND 2 years of instructor base experience.
→Experience in the health science field is a plus
