We're hiring a strategic finance analyst to grow our finance team and help shape how we plan, analyze, and operate as a business. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll own core work-streams across modelling, forecasting, board reporting, and strategic analysis while partnering closely with leaders across the business. We’re looking for someone with exceptional horsepower, strong business judgment, and a high standard for their own work. The work is varied - you'll shift between long-term modelling and day-to-day execution. • →Build detailed financial models and analyses to enable business planning and strategic decision making at all levels of the business
• →Maintain and evolve the company’s operating model
• →Analyze trends and distill actionable insights to guide long-term strategy and day-to-day execution
• →Support corporate finance workstreams including annual planning, forecasting, and board materials
• →Establish excellent cross-functional relationships across the Company to source data, gather information, and deliver actionable, data-driven findings
• →Deliver high-quality analysis that influences key business decisions
• →Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve the speed, quality, and scale of work

• 2-4 years of investment banking, private equity, or similar experience (TMT or SaaS coverage preferred)
• Excellent financial modeling skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain SaaS models
• In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders
• High bias to action and comfortable in high-growth environments with shifting priorities
