Supplier Disputes Analyst

We are looking for motivated graduates eager to start their career in an international company and develop skills in accounting and financial operations.

 This role offers hands-on experience in analyzing supplier claims and disputes (e.g., price differences, quantity shortages, quality issues, missing documents) and investigating discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and received goods in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will be part of a supportive team that encourages learning, growth, and continuous development.

·        Manage and analyze supplier claims and financial disputes (e.g., billing discrepancies, payment mismatches, price differences, quantity shortages, quality issues, missing documents), providing updates and supporting resolution.

·        Investigate discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and received goods to identify root causes.

·        Register, track, and maintain accurate records of disputes in internal systems, in line with established procedures.

·        Collaborate with internal teams and merchandise suppliers to resolve cases efficiently.

·        Maintain effective communication with international stakeholders.

·        Identify operational issues and contribute to process and workflow improvements.

·       Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field – nice to have.

·       Previous experience is not required; any exposure to accounting or administrative work is a plus.

·       English level: B2 (intermediate-upper).

·       Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

·       Good communication and teamwork skills.

·       Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
