We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Enablement Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the growth and development of our channel partners. You’ll assist in building the frameworks that help our partners succeed, collaborating across departments to ensure our learning initiatives are scalable, impactful, and well-executed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, and Instructional Design within a fast-paced corporate environment.
As an intern, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of our partner learning programs. Your focus will be a blend of tactical execution and strategic observation:
- Program Support: Assist in the development and execution of learning initiatives designed to improve partner competency and business impact.
- Content & Portal Management: Collaborate with Enablement leads to help draft instructional content and maintain up-to-date resources within our partner learning portal.
- Project Coordination: Help manage learning requests by gathering requirements from stakeholders and assisting in the creation of project plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to track program enhancements, including tiering and partner engagement metrics.
- Tactical Execution: Handle the "nitty-gritty" of program management, including scheduling sessions, documenting processes, and ensuring assets are organized and accessible.
- Reporting: Assist in gathering data for performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to show how our programs are moving the needle.
- Facilitation: Opportunity to co-facilitate live or virtual training sessions and information updates for our global partners.
We are looking for a high-potential individual who is eager to learn and grow. While this is a junior role, the following traits are essential:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: You are a "list person" who can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. You should be comfortable sending clear action items and summaries to a variety of stakeholders.
- Adaptability: You stay calm under pressure and can pivot quickly when priorities change.
- Self-Starter Mentality: You are comfortable working autonomously and can stay motivated while collaborating with remote teams.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana or Monday.com) and the Google Workspace suites.
- High Visibility: You’ll work in a role that touches multiple departments and engages with leadership.
- Strategic Insight: You won't just do tasks; you’ll learn how to align tactical work with a larger corporate vision, and build out learning modules that impact revenue.
- Portfolio Building: Gain experience in reseller enablement and large-scale program management.
- Mentorship: Direct access to Enablement and Channel experts who are invested in your professional growth.
