The successful candidate will be a sleeves-rolled-up strategist and player-coach, bringing strong analytical capability, operational judgment, strong leadership skills, with the ability to spearhead and drive complex strategic initiatives across a matrixed organization.
The Transformation Leader will lead a small and very capable team with expansive influence across initiatives, operating as part of a high-impact Transformation Office responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategy and value creation.
