Responsibilities

→Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.
→Lead requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional specifications.
→Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance.
→Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.
→Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
→Lead upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives.
→Partner with business stakeholders to drive process standardization and best practices.
→Mentor junior team members and provide functional governance.

Requirements

15–18 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing.
Strong techno-functional expertise with solid understanding of EBS architecture.
Experience in discrete manufacturing environments is a must.
Proven experience in integrations with external systems (MES, PLM, third-party apps).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in global or multi-org implementations
