We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Zagreb, as Construction Administrator and Document Control Specialist.
Construction Administrator and Document Control Specialist will manage company documentation, ensuring that documentation is correctly numbered, logged, distributed and archived, while coordinating with all key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain and manage all company documentation, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date content, and proper storage
- →Ensure that all documentation is correctly numbered, logged, distributed, and archived/stored
- →Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to collect and track all documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- →Review and update documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- →Conduct regular audits to ensure documents are properly maintained and comply with company and regulatory standards
- →Provide training to staff on proper handling and use of document management systems
- →Provide training and support to client personnel on the operation and maintenance of control systems
- →Respond to requests for information and documentation in a timely and efficient manner
- →Monitor and manage the document review process, ensuring all documents are reviewed and approved as required
- →Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the document control system
- →Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- →Handle departmental administrative tasks in coordination with the direct supervisor
- Secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, records management, or a related field
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
