We are currently seeking a General Operator - Vinyl Floor Fitter to join our production team in Letterkenny. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical or assembly experience who enjoys practical work in a structured manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on the installation of vinyl flooring within modular buildings, while also supporting general manufacturing operations as required.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Installing vinyl flooring within modular buildings.
- →Using engineering tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
- →Carrying out self-checks and completing required manufacturing documentation.
- →Identifying and reporting defective or substandard components.
- →Completing MTOs and supporting material ordering for allocated tasks.
- →Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- →Adhering to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Company procedures.
- →Supporting team members and working collaboratively to meet production deadlines.
- →Working overtime or attending site work as required.

Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures
- Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
- Previous shift work experience.
