Production Analyst

• Production line in charge to oversee UPS production at Ambernath factory.

• →Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP. 
• →Resource management – Human, Material 
• →Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system) 
• →Ensure quality products are delivered. 
• →Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.
• →On the Job training to new operators. 
• →Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels. 
• →Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.

• B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production.

• Production management 
• Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP
• Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.
• Understanding of Lean principles.

• 3 -5 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.
