Manage Maquilas MX treasury function in an assigned country. In charge of bank accounts and bank relation. Cash flow preparation and analysis.

Description for Internal Candidates

Responsibilities

→Execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers.
→Prepare and process bank payment files (MXN / USD).
→Ensure payments are completed on time in accordance with established schedules.
→Coordinate with Accounts Payable and operations teams for payment release.
→Monitor daily bank account activity.
→Prepare and consolidate monthly bank activity reports.
→Support bank reconciliations in coordination with accounting.
→Track cash inflows and outflows for assigned entities.
→Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
→Identify funding needs or excess cash positions.
→Manage intercompany loan transactions.
→Coordinate payments related to financing (principal and interest).
→Support funding requests to meet operational and financial obligations.
→Prepare and distribute reports such as:
→Monthly disbursements
→Bank activity reports
→Interest in income tracking
→Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.
→Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
→Support internal and external audits.

Major in Accounting, Finance, or related Studies

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditors
Good written and verbal communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish)
Energetic and flexible - capable to meet all deadlines and requests

Strong analytical skill, detail oriented, independent thinking, and decision-making abilities.
