At VCC, our Marketplace Assistant team plays a crucial role in keeping the operation moving safely, independently and efficiently. We support multiple departments by ensuring stock, equipment and work areas are maintained to a high standard. Helping the wider Marketplace run smoothly will mean this is a hands-on team that takes pride in quality, housekeeping, and communication while working within a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

As a Marketplace Assistant, you will be supporting the multiple departments on a daily basis with various tasks including maintaining a high standard across stock movement and quality, housekeeping and day-to-day problem solving. This role is ‘ad hoc’ by nature - meaning priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable working across different areas while maintaining consistency.
