Core Responsibilities & Duties

Work on 24/7 operations, including local holidays and weekends. Roster basis shifts will be allocated. (Day [ 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.] / Evening [ 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.] / Night [12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.]).
Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to identify potential incidents or vulnerabilities.
Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites

Qualifications & Experience

Following or graduated with a degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills which supports customer service.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS and Azure, is an added advantage.
Ability to work with an open and flexible mindset.
A strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
