As an Inventory and Control Logistics Specialist, you will work independently to provide outstanding customer service by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory audits, and professional interactions throughout your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned delivery work, including driving a company vehicle, and arrive home safely at the end of your workday.
  • Manage the sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory per established customer guidelines from a secured facility and/or to various client locations.
  • Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which includes conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Inventory management experience in handling, sorting, and cycle counting in a delivery, retail, inventory management, or warehouse-related role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
  • Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Competitive base pay based on experience and certifications.
