As a Disability Support Worker at VMCH, you’ll provide high standards of care and active support to our clients, supporting activities of daily life while supporting individual choices and preferences.
Highly focused on person-centred care, the support you provide will assist with ensuring a safe and positive environment for our clients and your colleagues. The collaboration and motivation you provide will work to ensure the care we provide is even more exceptional!
- Certificate IV Disability or similar
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse and relate to people with understanding, patience and sensitivity
- Strong commitment to service and care
- Team focused and supportive of colleagues
- Current NDIS Screening Clearance, WWC, First Aid and CPR
- Current Victorian Driver’s License (desired).
