If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. ## What you’ll do Role purpose: To run and manage Cyber Security systems and user access control facilities (logical & physical) to ensure that access is authorized according to Vodafone Egypt Security policy. ## Who you are Key accountabilities and decision ownership * Maintain Cyber Security systems availability & ensure resolving issues escalated from first line within the agreed SLA. * Responsible for implementation of bulk user access profiles defined & approved by the production system and data owners. * Responsible for implementing major approved and assigned security request for changes. * Maintain knowledge transfer and documentation of systems on hand... * Handles incidents communications within the team and with other teams when necessary. * Escalate issues to vendors and ensure that issue resolve within contact SLA. Key performance indicators: * Tel & IT Sec. provided services stability (24/7). * 100 % of assigned TT is resolved. * Reported incidents are escalated & resolved based on agreed SLA. --- ## Not a perfect fit?
