If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. ## What you’ll do * Within in-house digital media team, lead end-to-end digital media strategy and execution across channels (Social, Display, Video, Programmatic). * Work closely with internal stakeholders ( marketing, brand, PM, analytics) to ensure effective campaign delivery. * Monitor campaign performance, pacing and budget allocation to ensure targets are met. * Analyze campaign resuls and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. * Ensure alignment with Vodafone’s global digital standards and best practices * Contribute to audience strategy, creative testing and channel mix planning to drive awareness, consideration and engagement. * Stay up to date with industry trends, platform developments and best practices. ## Who you are * Min 3 years of experience in digital media planning and execution. * Hands-on experience with at least two major digital media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) * Good undestading of upper and mid funnel media metrics and how digital channels support brand objectives. * Working knowledge in adserver, brandsafety and measurement platforms (ie: Adobe Omniture, Adjust, Google Anlalytics, Adform, DoubleVerify). * Curious, analytical, and results-oriented with a strong interest in digital media. * Comfortable working in a fast paced, cross-functional environment. * Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously * Detail oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills. * Proactive and eager to learn with a problem solving mindset. * Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English. ## Not a perfect fit?
