This role is based in Pune or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The individual will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring platform stability. A strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to succeed in this role. ## What you will do * End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations * Design and enhance Service Portals to ensure full coverage of platform features * Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins * Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes * Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning * Align developed code with business logic and complex implementation requirements * Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes * Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure seamless testing and communication * Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols * Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies * Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements ## Who you are * A ServiceNow professional with at least 5 years of experience in development and administration * Proficient in-Service Portal development and customisation * Experienced in implementing complex integrations using web services and plugins * Skilled in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript * Familiar with SCDL workflows and agile methodologies * A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and time management skills * Effective communicator with experience in team leadership * Preferably certified with ServiceNow CSA and Micro certification in Service Portal ## Not a Perfect Fit?
