In this role, the individual will contribute to the development of strategic ServiceNow-based applications used across Vodafone Group and local markets. The focus is on automating the end-to-end lifecycle of SD‑WAN products, covering provisioning, inventory, alarm management, and API standardisation within the ServiceNow TSOM and SOMT solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, business‑critical platforms in a collaborative, distributed environment. ## What you’ll do * Deliver end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations in line with organisational standards * Design, implement, and manage complex third‑party integrations using web services and ServiceNow plugins * Document system enhancements and configuration changes in a clear and structured manner * Collaborate effectively with colleagues across geographically distributed teams * Contribute to impact analysis across interconnected systems and platforms * Coordinate development and delivery activities throughout the product lifecycle * Provide accurate estimates of time and effort for new features and enhancements * Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, contributing to team capability and knowledge sharing ## Who you are * Proficient in ServiceNow development and customisation * Strong understanding of APIs * Experienced in implementing complex integrations using web services and plugins * Skilled in client and server-side scripting (JavaScript) * Skilled in data processing and manipulation * Familiarity with SDWAN automation tools (e.g. VeloCloud, Meraki, Fortinet, Mist) * Agile methodology experience (Scrum preferred; SAFe is a plus) * Fluent in English, both written and spoken ## Not a perfect fit?
