This role plays a critical part in strengthening assurance across key sustainability metrics, ensuring alignment with global standards such as CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SASB, and TCFD. The individual will work closely with global stakeholders, driving governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across sustainability processes while contributing to strategic transformation initiatives. ## What you’ll do Drive end-to-end assurance of sustainability KPIs, including data review for annual, half-yearly, and ad-hoc reportingDesign, implement, and monitor sustainability control frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal requirementsPerform control compliance testing, quality assurance reviews, and audit tracking for sustainability metrics and CSRD material topicsDevelop risk assessment frameworks, risk registers, and second-line assurance programmesCollaborate with global markets, stakeholders, and auditors to ensure consistent governance and complianceSupport sustainability KPI and material topic stakeholders in control design, remediation, and capability buildingLead sustainability-focused project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignmentPresent insights, project updates, and performance outcomes at senior governance forumsIdentify opportunities for control optimisation, automation, and process efficiency improvementsDeliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen sustainability awareness and governance culture ## Who you are Brings strong expertise in sustainability frameworks such as CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SASB, and TCFDDemonstrates experience in internal audit, risk management, SOX-style assurance, and compliance frameworksApplies strong analytical thinking to assess risks, design controls, and deliver actionable insightsCommunicates effectively and engages confidently with senior stakeholders across global teamsShows adaptability and problem-solving capability in a dynamic, evolving regulatory environmentDemonstrates a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and drive change across teamsPossesses hands-on experience in project management, governance, and control environments ## Not a perfect fit?
