In this role, you won’t just manage accounts—you’ll shape opportunities, influence outcomes, and deliver a standout customer experience that keeps Vodafone front of mind. * You’ll build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts * You’ll create and execute clear account plans that balance protecting existing revenue while unlocking new growth * You’ll identify, shape, and close new business opportunities across a wide range of Vodafone solutions * You’ll take ownership of renewals, proactively managing risks and ensuring revenue stability * You’ll deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience by working closely with cross-functional teams * You’ll drive improvements in customer engagement and contribute to strong relationship NPS * You’ll collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting overall team success * You’ll stay close to your customers’ priorities, ensuring you deliver value that truly matters Who you are * You have a proven track record of consistently delivering against sales targets and driving revenue growth * You bring experience working with Public Sector customers and managing complex stakeholder environments * You’re a confident communicator who builds strong, trusted relationships with ease * You have strong commercial awareness and can balance revenue, margin, and customer outcomes effectively * You understand telecoms and technology solutions such as mobile, fixed, cloud, or IoT * You are proactive, organised, and take real ownership of your performance and results * You’re collaborative in your approach and enjoy contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture ## Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
